| The final push for the soft launch was the official recognition of ETPA as a Registered Reporting Mechanism (RRM) on November 10th. Why is this necessary? This is because, ETPA according to the REMIT definitions, is an organized market place. This means that ETPA is required to be able to report orders and trades on behalf of market participant to the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER or Agency).
