Energy Trading Platform Amsterdam
Etpa is a scale-up, offering an innovative trade platform that facilitates multiple new ways of energy trading for companies in the Netherlands. This platform allows our clients to optimize their daily energy capacity and maximize their profit on different energy products. These novel energy trading methods are not only supporting, but also accelerating the integration of sustainable energy resources into the European energy mix. Looking ahead, we aim to expand our platform across Europe, enabling a broader adoption of our products to support the energy transition in various countries.
Development team
Within Etpa we have a dynamic and strong development department, consisting of 26 FTE developers of a variety of backgrounds and ages spread over 3 separate teams. The teams are involved with all technical aspects of the trading platform; from development to daily IT operation. We continuously strive to build the best product in the energy market using the latest technologies. In future years Etpa’s trading platform will need to accommodate an increasing number of clients, traffic, products, and markets. This presents multiple challenges if we are to continue exceeding the current sector’s expectations. We believe in giving all team members an the opportunity to bring new ideas to the table and co-create the future paths to be followed. The team works with Continuous Delivery, Sprints, and automated testing to ensure that the current pace of development and quality of delivered work remain at a high level.
